摘要
以飞灰熔融后脱酸废水为处理对象,采用多级分步沉淀与树脂吸附相结合的工艺去除水中重金属,并通过蒸发结晶回收含盐废水中的淡水,所得结晶盐制备融雪剂产品。结果表明,本工艺可实现高盐水“零排放”,回用水水质达到《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T19923—2005)标准,且蒸发结晶所得结晶盐制备成融雪剂,解决了结晶盐出路问题,为脱酸废水处理工艺及资源化提供参考。
The deacidification wastewater after fly ash melting is treated as a treatment object.The combination of multi-stage step precipitation and resin adsorption is used to remove heavy metals from water,and fresh water in salty wastewater is recovered by evaporation crystallization.The obtained crystal salt is used to prepare snow melting agent.product.The test results show that the process can achieve“zero discharge”of high salt water,and the quality of recycled water reaches the standard of“Urban Water for Recycling Industrial Wastewater”(GB/T 19923-2005),and the crystal salt obtained by evaporation crystallization is prepared into a snow melting agent.The problem of the outflow of crystalline salt provides a reference for the treatment process and resource utilization of deacidification wastewater.
