油套管接头密封面检测方法研究

油套管接头密封面的加工精度直接影响接头的密封性能,建立相应的检测手段具有重要的意义。分析了油套管接头的密封结构,利用三坐标测量机对一种密封结构进行检测。将测量数据与实际值进行对比,结果表明,测量误差不超过1%,测量精度高,对于油套管接头密封面的优化设计具有一定的参考价值。

The processing accuracy of the sealing surface of the tubing and casing connection directly affects the sealing performance of the joint,and the establishment of corresponding detection means is of great significance.In this paper,the sealing structure of the tubing and casing connection is analyzed,a sealing structure is tested by coordinate measuring machine.The measured data is compared with the actual value,the result shows that the measurement error is less than 1%and the measurement accuracy is high,it has certain reference value for the optimal design of the sealing surface of the tubing and casing connection.
