摘要 高速逆流色谱(HSCCC)是一种快速高效的分离方法。综述了近五年来关于HSCCC分离天然产物的研究进展,详细的论述了常用溶剂体系适合分离物质的特征,列举了大量的应用实例和被分离物质的结构及分配系数,对其分离提取天然产物有效成分的应用及其进展进行了综述,对快速选择溶剂体系起到了一定的指导作用。并对HSCCC的未来发展进行展望。 High-speed countercurrent chromatography(HSCCC)is a fast and efficient separation method.The research progress of natural products separation by HSCCC in recent five years was reviewed.The characteristics of common solvent systems suitable for separation of natural products were discussed in detail.A large number of application examples and structure and distribution coefficients of separated substances were listed.The application and progress of HSCCC in separation and extraction of effective components from natural products were summarized.Rapid selection was also discussed.Solvent selection system plays a guiding role.The future development of HSCCC is also prospected.
