一种石墨烯水性除醛木器漆制备研究

摘要 创新性的将公司独自研发的甲醛分解技术应用于环保家具漆领域,制备了一种石墨烯水性除醛木器漆,初步探索了漆膜主要性能、甲醛净化效果并且同市场上类似产品的优势。研究表明,在石墨烯除醛助剂用量2%时,综合性能最好,进过测定其甲醛净化效率高达93.7%,远高于国家标准要求的Ⅱ类产品85%,除此之外其性能均符合甚至高于国家标准GB/T23999-2009《装饰装修用水性木器漆涂料》指标要求。 Innovative formaldehyde decomposition technology developed by the company was applied to the field of environmental protection furniture paint. A graphene water-based dealdehyde wood paint was prepared. The main properties of the paint film, formaldehyde purification effect and the advantages of similar products on the market were preliminarily explored.The results show that when the amount of graphene dealdehyde additives is 2%, the comprehensive performance is the best. The formaldehyde purification efficiency of graphene is 93.7%, which is much higher than 85% of Class Ⅱ products required by the national standard. In addition, the performance of graphene dealdehyde additives meets or even exceeds the national standard GB/T 23999-2009 " Water-borne Wood Paint for Decoration and Decoration".
