麦冬多糖的提取工艺优化及其抗氧化活性分析 被引量:14

摘要 以麦冬为原料,通过水提醇沉法从麦冬中提取可溶性多糖,并以多糖得率为指标,研究液料比、提取时间、乙醇用量以及提取温度等因素的影响,在此基础上通过二次通用旋转设计优化麦冬多糖的提取工艺。结果表明:10g麦冬粉末,当液料比为8∶1(mL/g)、乙醇用量65mL、提取温度为80℃、提取时间为1.7h时,麦冬多糖的得率达到20.17%。麦冬多糖对DPPH自由基具有较好的清除能力,清除能力随着麦冬多糖质量浓度的增加而增强,当麦冬多糖浓度达到100mL/g时,麦冬多糖对DPPH自由基的清除率达到63.78%,且趋于稳定。 Using Liriope spicata as raw material,soluble polysaccharides was extracted from Liriope spicata by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.With the yield of polysaccharides as the index, the effects of material-liquid ratio, extraction time, ethanol dosage and extraction temperature were studied. On this basis, the extraction process of polysaccharides from Liriope spicata was optimized by quadratic general rotation design. The results showed that the yield of Liriope spicata polysaccharide reached 20.17 %,when the ratio of material to liquid was 8 ∶ 1 (mL/g), the amount of ethanol was 65 mL, the extraction temperature was 80 ℃ and the extraction time was 1.7 hour. Liriope spicata polysaccharide had a good scavenging capacity for 1,1-dipheny1-2-picryl-hydrazyl(DPPH). The scavenging capacity of Liriope spicata polysaccharide increased with the increase of its mass concentration. When the concentration of Liriope spicata s polysaccharide reached 100 mL/g, the scavenging rate of DPPH free radicals by Liriope spicata polysaccharide reached 63.78 %, and tended to be stable.
