Study on Logistics Supply Model of Automobile Parts in Shiyan City in the Age of Industry 4.0

工业4.0时代到来,我国汽车零部件物流供应模式将发生重大转变,目前十堰市汽车零部件物流供应方面仍然处于探索的初期阶段,各种物流供应模式层出不穷,本研究结合十堰市汽车工业特点,广泛应用互联网、移动互联网、物联网、大数据等先进技术,加大汽车零部件物流供应模式改造和创新,为十堰地方汽车零部件企业探索出一种适应工业4.0时代要求的“智能物流”供应模式,提升企业核心竞争力,增加企业效益。

With the advent of industrial 4.0 era, the logistics supply mode of automobile parts in China will undergo significant changes.At present,the logistics supply of automobile parts in Shiyan City is still in the initial stage of exploration.Various logistics supply modes are emerging one after another.This study combines the characteristics of automobile industry in Shiyan City,and extensively applies advanced technologies such as internet,mobile internet,internet of things,big data and so on to increase automobile parts supply.The transformation and innovation of spare parts logistics supply mode has explored an "intelligent logistics" supply mode for Shiyan local auto parts enterprises to meet the requirements of the industrial 4.0 era to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and increase enterprise efficiency.It can also provide reference for similar enterprises at home and abroad in the research of logistics supply mode.
