摘要 应用UG10.0自动编程软件编程,针对多规格尺寸孔、交叉孔及斜面孔等,采用1把数控铣刀,利用螺旋铣削的方法,高效、快速地完成程序编制和零件孔的加工,本方法不仅可以大大缩减刀具的使用数量,同时通过示例模拟切削比较,也大大降低了生产用时,提高了生产效率,且孔壁表面质量更好,孔及孔位精度更高。 This paper presents an automatic programming software UG10.0,which uses a numerical control milling cutter for multi-size holes,cross holes and inclined holes.By means of spiral milling,the programming and processing of part holes can be completed efficiently and quickly.The number of tools used can be greatly reduced,and at the same time,the production time is greatly reduced, the production efficiency is improved,and the surface quality of the hole wall is better,and the accuracy of hole and hole position is higher,compared with simulated cutting by examples.
