氯雷他定、孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童季节性变应性鼻炎的疗效比较

The efficacy comparison of clarityne and montelukast sodium in the treatment of children seasonal variable rhinitis

目的比较氯雷他定、孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童季节性变应性鼻炎(SAR)的疗效。方法选取我院收治的SAR患者80例,随机分为A组和B组,每组40例。A组行氯雷他定治疗,B组行孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组疗效、不良反应发生率、临床症状评分、炎症因子水平及鼻腔分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)阳性率变化。结果治疗后两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率均无明显差异,P>0.05;两组临床症状评分比较,P>0.05;两组治疗前后炎性因子比较,P均>0.05;两组EOS阳性率比较,P>0.05。结论氯雷他定及孟鲁司特钠治疗SAR效果无显著差异,均可有效改善患儿症状且安全性较高。

Objective To compare the effects of clarityne and montelukast sodium in the treatment of children seasonal variable rhinitis(SAR).Methods 80 cases of SAR children were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B,40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with clarityne and group B was treated with montelukast sodium.The clinical symptom scores,inflammatory factors levels and positive rate of eosinophilic granulocyte(EOS)in nasal secretions were observed and the efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant difference in the total clinical efficiency and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores were compared between the two groups with P>0.05.The levels of inflammatory factors were compared before and after treatment in the two groups with all P<0.05.There were no statistically significant difference in EOS positive rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference between the effect of clarityne and montelukast sodium in the treatment of SAR,which can effectively improve the symptoms and have high safety.
