阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease

目的分析阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法选取我院冠心病患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组进行常规药物治疗,观察组使用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗。结果两组临床疗效比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者LDL-C、HDLC、TG、TC水平改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组6分钟步行距离长于对照组,ST段下移1 mm时间、心绞痛发作时间、运动持续时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional drugs and the observation group were treated with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The LDL-C,HDL-C,TG and TC levels of the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.The LVEF,LVESD and LVEDD levels of the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.The 6-minute walking distance,time of ST segment down 1 mm,duration of angina and exercise duration time of the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine is effective in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease.
