内镜下金属钛夹联合埃索美拉唑钠治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的疗效

Effect of endoscopic metal titanium clip combined with esomeprazole sodium on hemostatic efficiency of patients with acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

目的探究内镜下金属钛夹联合注射用埃索美拉唑钠对急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血(ANVUGIB)止血效果的影响。方法选取ANVUGIB患者152例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组76例。对照组予以注射用埃索美拉唑钠治疗,实验组予以内镜下金属钛夹联合注射用埃索美拉唑钠治疗。比较两组止血有效率、肠鸣音恢复正常时间、住院时间、再出血率及不良反应发生率。结果实验组止血有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组肠鸣音恢复正常及住院时间均较对照组短,再出血率较对照组低(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率与对照组比较(P>0.05)。结论对ANVUGIB患者行内镜下金属钛夹联合注射用埃索美拉唑钠治疗,可进一步提高止血有效率,促进肠鸣音恢复正常,缩短住院时间,且具有一定安全性。

Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic metal titanium clip combined with esomeprazole sodium on hemostatic efficiency of patients with acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding(ANVUGIB).Methods A total of 152 patients with ANVUGIB were enrolled and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,76 cases in each group.The control group was treated with esomeprazole sodium and the experimental group was treated with endoscopic metal titanium clip combined with esomeprazole sodium.The hemostatic efficiency,the time of return to normal bowel sounds,the hospitalization time,the rate of rebleeding and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The hemostatic efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of return to normal bowel sounds,the hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than those of the control group,and the rebleeding rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The endoscopic metal titanium clip combined with esomeprazole sodium can further improve the hemostatic efficiency,promote the recovery of bowel sounds,shorten the hospitalization time for patients with ANVUGIB.
