复方倍他米松联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效

Efficacy of compound betamethasone combined with ozone in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的探讨复方倍他米松联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者98例,随机分为两组,每组49例。对照组采用单纯椎间盘内注射臭氧治疗,观察组加用复方倍他米松椎间孔注射治疗。比较两组患者疗效、疼痛程度、JOA评分及NO、SOD、MDA、5-HT、BMP-2水平变化情况。结果观察组优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前PPI评分、JOA评分比较(P>0.05);治疗7 d、90 d后,观察组PPI评分明显低于对照组,JOA评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前NO、SOD、MDA、5-HT、BMP-2水平比较(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者SOD、BMP-2水平明显高于对照组,NO、MDA、5-HT水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方倍他米松联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,减轻患者疼痛程度,可能与提高患者BMP-2、SOD水平,降低MDA、5-HT水平有关。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of compound betamethasone combined with ozone in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods 98 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in each group.The control group were treated with intradiscal injection of ozone and the observation group were treated with intradiscal injection of compound betaxone on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,the degree of pain,the JOA score and the levels of NO,SOD,MDA,5-HT and BMP-2 were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in PPI score and JOA score between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05.7 days and 90 days after treatment,the PPI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the JOA score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.There was no significant difference in the levels of NO,SOD,MDA,5-HT,BMP-2 between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,but after treatment the SOD and BMP levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the levels of NO,MDA,5-HT was significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Compound betamethasone combined with ozone was effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and can reduce the pain degree,which maybe related to the increase of SOD and BMP levels and decrease of MDA and 5-HT levels.
