益气活血汤对原发性膜性肾病效果观察

Study on the efficacy of yiqi huoxue decoction on membranous nephropathy

目的分析益气活血汤对原发性膜性肾病的治疗作用。方法选择我院收治的原发性膜性肾病患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组应用激素联合环磷酰胺治疗,观察组应用益气活血汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后总胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿素氮、纤维蛋白原、血浆白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量及临床疗效。结果两组治疗后,总胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿素氮、纤维蛋白原、血浆白蛋白及24 h尿蛋白定量比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血汤治疗原发性膜性肾病效果显著、值的推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of yiqi huoxue decoction on membranous nephropathy.Methods 100 patients with membranous nephropathy admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hormone combined with cyclophosphamide and the observation group was treated with yiqi huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.Comparison of total cholesterol,triglyceride,urea nitrogen,fibrinogen,plasma albumin,24 h urine protein and clinical efficacy before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After treatment,the total cholesterol,triglyceride,urea nitrogen,fibrinogen,plasma albumin and 24 h urine protein were compared.The observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with membranous nephropathy,the yiqi huoxue decoction have significant effect.
