摘要
文章针对全机疲劳试验中二次共固化蒙皮的结构特点,对二次共固化结构蒙皮可能出现的损伤类型进行了分析并制作了标准试样,并通过相控阵对二次共固化蒙皮结构预制缺陷进行超声信号分析并在疲劳试验中进行了验证,形成了疲劳试验中二次共固化蒙皮结构缺陷的超声相控阵判别依据。
In this paper, according to the structural characteristics of the secondary co-cured skin in the whole machine fatigue test, the possible damage types of the secondary co-cured skin are analyzed and the standard samples are made. The ultrasonic signal of the prefabricated defects of the secondary co-cured skin structure is analyzed by the phased array and verified in the fatigue test, which forms the ultrasonic phased array discrimination basis of the secondary co-cured skin structure defects in the fatigue test.
