基于智能控制GIS设备抽真空装置的研究与应用

摘要 变电站断路器、GIS设备解体大修是开关技改大修的主要工作,其中抽真空是解体大修工作中保证罐体内SF6气体纯度及含水量的重要环节。抽真空工作作业时间长,流程控制复杂,在以往的工作中主要依靠人工进行记录及控制。在多台真空泵同时工作时,操作量较大,容易发生记录不到位、操作混乱、异常情况处理不及时的情况。研究如何对抽真空工作进行自动化记录及控制具有重要意义。 The disintegration and overhaul of substation circuit breakers and GIS equipment is the main work of switch technical renovation and overhaul. Vacuum extraction is an important link to ensure the purity and water content of SF6 gas in tank during disintegration and overhaul. Vacuum pumping work takes a long time and its process control is complex. In the past work, manual recording and control are mainly used. When many vacuum pumps are working at the same time, the operation load is large, and it is easy to occur that the records are not in place, the operation is chaotic, and the abnormal situation is not handled in time. It is of great significance to study how to record and control the vacuum pumping automatically.
