特高压输电线路工程项目管理

深化理解习近平总书记新时代发展战略,推进世界一流特高压电网建设,在总结以往特高压工程实践经验基础上,结合±800千伏陕湖线豫2标段项目管理策划,通过对工程难点、特点分析,从安全、质量、技术、创新、依法合规等方面探讨项目管理思路,为今后特高压工程项目管理提供借鉴与参考。

In order to deepen the understanding of General Secretary Xi Jinping's development strategy in the new era, to promote the construction of world-class UHV power grid, this paper is based on the practical experience of UHV engineering in the past, combined with the project management planning of Henan 2 bid section of ±800kV Shaanxi Lake Line, as well as the analysis of the difficulties and characteristics of the project. This paper probes into the ideas of project management from the aspects of safety, quality, technology, and law, so as to provide reference for UHV project management in the future.
