文章主要从2018年年底,光伏领域的热门诉讼案--SunPower叠瓦组件专利维权案出发,分析叠瓦组件专利技术拥有者SunPower对其核心技术的保护策略,并对其在中国所申请的专利内容及保护方式予以分析,旨在为相关企业的研发、创新保护及风险制定提供参考依据。

Based on the case of patent protection of SunPower tile module,which is a hot lawsuit in photovoltaic field at the end of 2018,this paper analyzes the protection strategy of SunPower,the owner of patent technology of tile module,to its core technology,and analyzes the patent content and protection mode applied for in China,in order to provide reference for the research and development,innovation protection and risk formulation of related enterprises.
