Extraction and Analysis of Individuals’ Usage Behavior in Using Smartphone by Mining APP Usage Data

智能手机已经成为个人行为的真实记录设备,对APP使用数据进行挖掘可以提取出用户的行为习惯.为了提取APP的使用关联模式,研究并提出基于数据挖掘的APP关联规则提取技术.首先,基于Android平台,开发APP状态数据收集平台;其次,对APP数据进行预处理;再次,基于Apriori算法,提出了APP关联规则挖掘算法;最后,应用真实个人APP使用数据,对提出的方法进行验证,实验结果证明本文提出的方法在APP关联规则挖掘中的可行性.

Smartphone has been become a collector of individuals'behaviors in using APPs.It is possible to extract individuals'behavior and habits if the data of APP usage are mined fully.To extract association rules of usage of different APPs,the authors proposed to investigate data mining based association rule extraction for APP usage in this work.In order to do this,firstly an Android platform was developed based system that allowed for collection of APP usage.Secondly,a data reprocessing method was proposed for removing noisy data of APP usage.Thirdly,an Apriori-based data mining algorithm was proposed for extracting association rule of APPs.And last,the experimental results conducted on 5 real-world datasets of APP usage showed that our proposed method was feasible in extracting association rules of APP usage.
