工匠精神研究述评与展望

Review and Prospect of Craftsman Spirit Research

在“中国制造2025”背景下,制造业的转型升级呼唤工匠精神的回归,国内学界针对工匠精神进行了广泛研究,取得了丰富的研究成果。中国知网2013—2018年间发表的工匠精神相关文献Citespace可视化分析结果显示,我国关于工匠精神的研究尚未形成核心团队和校际合作,学界对制造业工匠精神回归的研究仍以职业教育培育为出发点。在此基础上,对现有文献从工匠精神的内涵、维度与测量、驱动和影响因素、培育策略等四个方面进行了系统地梳理,未来相关研究应从深化工匠精神内涵、科学界定工匠精神维度、拓展工匠精神前因变量、强化工匠精神结果变量、丰富工匠精神提升策略等方面进行深入。

Under the background of“Made in China 2025”,the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry calls for the return of craftsman spirit,and the domestic academic circles have conducted extensive research on it,and achieved good results.Citespace visual analysis of related literature on craftsman spirit published by CNKI from 2013 to 2018 shows that the research on craftsman spirit in China has not yet formed core team and inter-school cooperation,and the academic research on the return of craftsman spirit in manufacturing industry is still taking vocational education as the starting point.On this basis,this paper systematically combs the existing literature from the connotation,dimensions and measurement,driving and influencing factors and cultivation strategies of craftsman spirit,and points out that future related research should be carried out from some aspects,including deepening the connotation of craftsman spirit,scientifically defining the dimensions of craftsman spirit,expanding the antecedent variables of craftsman spirit,strengthening the outcome variables of craftsman spirit,and enriching the improving strategies of craftsman spirit,etc.
