组合式软输尿管镜钬激光碎石术在孤立肾结石中的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Combined Flexible Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in Isolated Kidney Stones

目的观察组合式软输尿管镜钬激光碎石术(FURL)在孤立肾结石中的临床效果。方法选择南阳市南石医院2017年2月-2018年12月期间住院部收治的100例孤立肾结石患者,以随机抽样法将患者纳入对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组给予PCNL治疗,观察组给予FURL治疗。比较两组取石成功率,手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症。结果观察组取石成功率为96.00%,与对照组的取石成功率98.00%相比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组术中出血量较对照组少,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组手术时间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(4.00%VS22.00%,P<0.05)。结论孤立肾结石给予组合式FURL治疗,临床效果与PCNL无差异,FURL手术情况及术后恢复效果优于PCNL。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy (FURL) in isolated kidney stones.Methods One hundred patients with isolated kidney stones admitted to the inpatient department from February 2017 to December 2018 in Nanshi Hospital of Nanyang City were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random sampling method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given PCNL treatment and the observation group was given FURL treatment.The success rate of stone removal,operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of stone removal in the observation group (96.00%) was not significantly different from the success rate in the control group (98.00%)(P > 0.05). The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than the control group (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups (P > 0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (4.00% vs 22.00%,P < 0.05).Conclusion The combined FURL treatment of isolated kidney stones has no difference in clinical effect with PCNL,and postoperative recovery of FURL surgery was better than PCNL.
