新型踝关节保护支具对预防空降兵踝关节着陆损伤的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究新型踝关节保护支具对预防空降兵踝关节着陆损伤的效果。方法将2017年9月-2018年9月受试的86例空降兵战士作为研究对象,根据佩戴防护措施的不同分为两组均43例,其中对照组采取常规训练服与伞鞋,研究组在此基础上佩戴踝关节保护器具,均从高度为1.5米的标准空降兵训练平台训练,对比两组空降兵遥测肌电测试数据与ELF力学测试结果。结果触底前后腓肠肌EMG两组患者之间无显著差异(P>0.05),而研究组触底前后腓骨长短肌、胫骨前肌EMG均优于对照组,研究组在内、外踝压力负荷上均小于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对于空降兵日常训练可采取新型踝关节保护支具,能够有效预防踝关节损伤,限制踝关节内外翻活动幅度,增加踝关节活动性,降低其出现损伤,值得应用。 Objective To study the effect of new protection tools in the prevention of ankle joint injury for airborne soldiers.Methods 86 airborne soldiers trained from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected and assigned to two groups according to the different protection measures,with 43 cases in each group.The control group wore the conventional training clothes and shoes;the study group wore the protection tools for ankle joint on the basis of control group.All the soldiers were trained in the standard station at 1.5m.The telemetering electromyography test data and ELF mechanical testing data was compared between the two groups.Results The gastrocnemius muscle force for two groups was not significantly different before and after landing,(P > 0.05);the other items in the study group were better than those in the control group before and after landing;the medial and lateral malleolus pressure loads in the study group were significantly better than those in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The new protection tools can efficiently prevent the ankle joint injury,limit the inversion and eversion range of motion and increase the ankle joint activity.It is worthy of application.
