阿替普酶与尿激酶静脉溶栓在急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果比较

Comparison of Clinical Effects of Alteplase and Urokinase Intravenous Thrombolysis in Acute Cerebral Ischemic Stroke

目的观察急性缺血性脑卒中(cerebral ischemic stroke,CIS)给予静脉溶栓治疗的临床效果。方法选择滑县人民医院2017年1月-2019年1月住院部收治的110例CIS患者,以Excel表进行随机抽样,随机分为对照组与观察组,分别采用尿激酶(Urokinase,VK)、阿替普酶(alteplase,rt-PA)静脉溶栓。比较两组的治疗效果,神经功能、日常生活能力改善情况。结果观察组总有效率、Barthel指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后7d,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CIS患者给予rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗,临床效果、患者神经功能、日常生活能力恢复情况优于VK治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolytic therapy with acute cerebral ischemic stroke (CIS).Methods A total of 110 CIS patients admitted to the Inpatient Department of Huaxian County People's Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomLy divided into the control group and the observation group.Urokinase (VK) and alteplase (rt-PA) intravenous thrombolysis was used respectively for the two groups.The therapeutic effects,neurological function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and Barthel index of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05).7 days after treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion CIS patients treated with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis have better clinical effects,neurological function and daily living ability recovery than VK.
