分析微型种植体支抗对口腔正畸治疗口腔结构及功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中对口腔结构与功能的影响效果。方法选择2016年2月-2019年2月鹿邑县人民医院收治的96例作为研究对象,以随机双盲法分为两组,对照组用传统强支抗口腔正畸治疗,观察组则予以微型种植体支抗口腔正畸治疗。评价两组术后1个月时口腔结构与功能情况,并对比。结果术后1个月时口腔结构比较,观察组上中切牙凸距离、尖牙间宽度、上中切牙倾角更高,而磨牙移位更低,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);术后1个月时口腔功能比较,观察组咬合力与咀嚼效率更高,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗口腔正畸治疗,相比强支抗正畸治疗,可以更好地改善患者的口腔结构与功能,值得临床应用。
