自制中药封包治疗急性踝关节扭伤疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine Package on Acute Ankle Sprain

目的观察自制中药封包对急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法选取2017年9月-2018年08月在郑州人民医院收治的急性闭合型踝关节扭伤患者86例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,均为43例。对照组口服肿痛安胶囊治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上,采用医院自制中药封包9号方进行治疗。治疗2周后,评价中药封包对急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。结果治疗组的治愈率和愈显率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院自制中药封包,其疗效确切,安全性好,能有效促进患者踝关节功能的恢复,值得使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine package on acute ankle sprain.Methods Eighty-six patients with acute closed ankle sprains admitted to the Department of Orthopaedics,Zhengzhou People's Hospital from September 2017 to August2018 were randomLy divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 43 cases each group.The control group was treated with Oral Yantong Capsule;the treatment group was treated with the hospital-made traditional Chinese medicine package No.9 on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine packaging on acute ankle sprain was evaluated.Results The cure rate and the markedly effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The self-made traditional Chinese medicine package has good curative effect and safety.It can effectively promote the recovery of ankle function in patients and it is worthy of application.
