三腔两囊管在新生儿H型气管-食管瘘诊断中的应用

摘要 目的探索三腔二囊管在新生儿H型气管-食管瘘诊断中临床应用价值。方法选取西北妇女儿童医院近3年9例高度怀疑H型气管-食管瘘患儿作为研究对象,应用三腔二囊管对食管上下两端封堵后向食管内注入造影剂形成正压的条件下,在X线透视下监测是否有造影剂通过瘘道进入气管,评估三腔二囊管对H型气管-食管瘘的诊断价值。结果借助三腔二囊管对高度怀疑H型气管-食管瘘的患儿进行食管造影,食管充盈赢显影良好,未发现有造影剂通过瘘道进入气管X线征象,排除H型气管-食管瘘存在。结论对高度怀疑H型气管-食管瘘患儿应用三腔二囊管进行食管造影对明确诊断有一定应用价值,简单可行、直观可靠。 Objective To explore the application value of the disaccate three cavity tube in the diagnosis of neonatal H-type tracheoesophageal fistulas.Methods We select 9 neonates who was highly suspected H-type tracheoesophageal fistulas as the object of study,and used the disaccate three cavity tube blocked the esophagus on the upper and lower ends,then injecting contrast agent to form positive pressure,monitor whether there is the contrast agent passing through the fistula into the trachea in X-ray,as the presence of H-type tracheoesophageal fistulas,The diagnostic value of disaccate three cavity tube is assessed for H-type tracheoesophageal fistulas. Results With the help of the disaccate three cavity tube for highly suspected H-type tracheoesophageal fistulas in neonates with esophagus contrast imaging,esophagus was engorged,no contrast agent through the fistula into the trachea X-ray signs,and exclude H-type tracheoesophageal fistulas.Conclusion The application of the disaccate three cavity tube for esophageal contrast imaging in neonates who are highly suspected H-type tracheoesophageal fistulas has some application value for clear diagnosis,which is simple,feasible,intuitive and reliable,and is worth exploring.
