PDCA循环法在精神心理科辅助用药奥拉西坦管理中的应用成效分析

Effect of PDCA cycle on the clinical use of adjuvant drug oxiracetam injection in psychiatric department

目的探讨PDCA循环法在辅助用药奥拉西坦管理中的应用效果,为其临床应用指导原则的建立提供参考。方法采用PDCA循环管理方法,对中山大学附属第三医院精神心理科奥拉西坦用药现状进行调查,总结并归纳目前应用存在的主要问题,经过分析制定奥拉西坦的管理措施,对其临床应用进行干预。通过比较干预前后奥拉西坦的不合理用药情况评价其干预效果。结果运用PDCA循环管理方法对奥拉西坦进行干预后,药物不合理应用的总体比例明显下降(56.76%vs8.33%,P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理方法可以有效促进医院辅助用药的合理化及规范化。

Objective The effect of PDCA cycle on the clinical use of oxiracetam injection in psychiatric department was explored to provide reference for the establishment of the corresponding guiding principles of clinical use.Methods The PDCA cycle method was used to investigate the oxiracetam injection usage in psychiatric department,set up related management measures after analysis and intervene the clinical use.The irrational rate of the use of oxiracetam injection before and after PDCA cycle was compared to evaluate the intervention effects. Results After continuous interventions,the irrational rate of the use of oxiracetam injection in psychiatric department decreased significantly from 56.76% to 8.33%( P <0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle could effectively promote the rationalization and standardization of adjuvant drugs usage in hospital.
