外来务工人员是来穗人员的主力军,面对企业中的来穗职工及社区中来穗职工家属,分阶段开展急需的、有针对性的社区教育培训,帮助他们适应广州,逐步加深对广州的经济发达、文化交融、娱乐丰富、社会安全的认识。外来务工人员只有熟悉了广州,适应了广州,才会主动融合广州,共同建设广州,才能实现包容性发展。白云区是广州市外来务工人员最集中的区之一,本项目有针对性地面向白云区外来务工人员分阶段开展社区教育培训实践,同时探讨新形势下开展外来务工人员社区教育的思路和对策。

Migrant workers are the main force of the staff in Guangzhou who are from outside.. In the face of the employees in the company and the families of the employees, we should carry out much-needed and targeted community education and training in stages to help them adapt to Guangzhou and gradually deepen their awareness of developed economy, harmonious culture, rich entertainment and social safe in Guangzhou.Only migrant workers who are familiar with Guangzhou and adapt to Guangzhou will take the initiative to integrate Guangzhou and jointly build Guangzhou to achieve inclusive development. This paper is aimed at the actual situation of one of the most concentrated areas of migrant workers in Guangzhou and Baiyun District. It aims to carry out community education and training practice in a staged manner for migrant workers in this district, and to explore the ideas and countermeasures of community education on migrant workers in the new era.
