关于珠海产业园区发展现状的思考

Reflections on the Development Status of Zhuhai’s Industrial Park

作为城镇化的重要成果和产业发展的物质载体,产业园区的建设在实现人民安居乐业、产业升级、城乡一体化中发挥着重要作用。文章分析了珠海产业园区的发展现状、问题,介绍了园区专业运营机构及其运作模式,提出了运用PPP合作推进珠海产城融合的实施建议。

As an important result of urbanization and a material carrier of industrial development, the construction of industrial parks plays an important role in realizing people′s living and working in peace and contentment, industrial upgrading and urban-rural integration. This paper analyzed the development status and problems of Zhuhai’s industrial park, and introduced the professional operating institutions and their operating modes, and then put forward some suggestions on how to use PPP cooperation to promote the integration of Zhuhai′s industrial and urban areas.
