嘉定区某社区老年人慢性肾脏病知识知晓率调查分析

Investigation and analysis on knowledge awareness rate of chronic kidney disease among elderly people in a community of Jiading district

目的了解嘉定区某社区老年人对慢性肾脏病(CKD)知识知晓情况,为社区老年人CKD健康宣教提供理论依据。方法采取方便抽样法选取上海市嘉定区某社区年龄60岁以上的450名老年人为研究对象。采用自行设计的CKD知识知晓率调查问卷进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果嘉定某社区450名老年人对CKD名称及定义、GFR分期、症状、肾脏检查方法及治疗(药物及非药物治疗)知晓率为18.4%、9.3%、14.2%、8.9%、12.2%,而危险因素、并发症及随访的知晓率为8.4%、7.1%、6.2%。学历为高中及以上和有慢性病的老年人对CKD知识的知晓率高于学历为初中及以下和无慢性病的老年人(P<0.05)。结论嘉定区某社区老年人CKD知识的知晓情况存在差异,社区基层医务人员应对不同基本情况的老年人制定个性化的健康宣教。

Objective To understand the knowledge awareness of chronic kidney disease(CKD) among the elderly people in a community of Jiading district, and to provide theoretical basis for health education of CKD among the elderly people in the community. Methods A total of 450 elderly people over 60 years old in a community of Jiading district of Shanghai were selected as the study objects by convenient sampling method. The self-designed questionnaire of CKD knowledge awareness rate was used to investigate, and the results were analyzed. Results The awareness rates of the names and definitions of CKD,GFR stages, symptoms, renal examination methods and treatment(drug and non-drug treatment) were 18.4%, 9.3%, 14.2%,8.9% and 12.2% among 450 elderly people in a community in Jiading district, while the awareness rates of risk factors,complications and follow-up were 8.4%, 7.1% and 6.2%. The awareness rates of CKD knowledge among the elderly people with senior high school education and above and chronic diseases were higher than those of the elderly people with junior middle school and below and without chronic diseases(P<0.05). Conclusion There are differences in the knowledge awarenss of CKD among the elderly people in a community in Jiading district, and the basic medical staff in the community should develop personalized health education and propaganda for elderly people according to different basic conditions.
