精神分裂症患者针对护理人员发生暴力行为的危险因素分析

Analysis of risk factors of violent behaviors against nursing staff in patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨精神分裂症患者针对护理人员发生暴力行为的危险因素。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2018年1月北京市大兴区心康医院出现针对护理人员暴力行为的117例精神分裂症患者和未出现针对护理人员暴力行为的120例精神分裂症患者的临床资料,探讨精神分裂症患者针对护理人员发生暴力行为的危险因素。结果 117例精神分裂症患者在住院治疗期间针对护理人员发生的暴力行为事件共158次。精神分裂症患者针对护理人员发生暴力行为的独立危险因素分别为患者年龄、住院时间、住院次数、阳性症状评分(P<0.05)。结论导致精神分裂症患者针对护理人员发生暴力行为的因素较多,包括患者年龄小、住院时间短、住院次数少及阳性症状评分高等。护理人员与管理人员应采用积极的措施进行干预,降低暴力事件的发生风险。

Objective To explore the risk factors of violent behaviors against nursing staff in patients with schizophrenia.Methods The clinical data of 117 schizophrenia patients with violent behaviors against nursing staff and 120 schizophrenia patients without violent behaviors against nursing staff from January 2015 to January 2018 in Xinkang Hospital in Beijing Daxing District were retrospectively analyzed, and the risk factors of violent behaviors against nursing staff in patients with schizophrenia were investigated. Results There were 158 violent behaviors occurrence in 117 patients with schizophrenic during hospitalization. The independent risk factors of violent behaviors against nursing staff in patients with schizophrenia were age, hospitalization time, hospitalization frequency and positive symptom scores(P <0.05). Conclusion There are many factors leading to violent behaviors against nursing staff in patients with schizophrenia, including the younger age, shorter hospitalization time, fewer hospitalization frequency and higher positive symptoms scores. Nursing staff and managers should take active measures of intervention so as to reduce the risk of violence.
