来氟米特联合小剂量泼尼松治疗增殖性IgA肾病的临床效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究来氟米特联合小剂量泼尼松治疗增殖性IgA肾病的临床效果。方法将我院收治的80例增殖性IgA肾病患者依据奇偶平分法将其分为试验组和参照组,每组40例。参照组采用小剂量泼尼松治疗,试验组采用来氟米特联合小剂量泼尼松治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于参照组患者的75.00%(P<0.05)。参照组和试验组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的24 h尿蛋白定量、Scr及血尿素氮水平均降低,且试验组低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论来氟米特联合小剂量泼尼松治疗增殖性IgA肾病的效果显著,可明显降低24 h尿蛋白定量、Scr及血尿素氮水平,且不会增加不良反应。 Objective To study the clinical effect of leflunomide combined with low dose prednisone in the treatment of proliferative IgA nephropathy. Methods Eighty patients with proliferative IgA nephropathy admitted in our hospital were divided into experimental group and reference group according to parity dividing method, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with low dose prednisone, while the experimental group was treated with leflunomide combined with low dose prednisone. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 92.50%, which was higher than 75.00% of the reference group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the reference group and the experimental group(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of 24-hour urinary protein, serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in both groups decreased, and those in the experimental group were lower than the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion Leflunomide combined with low dose prednisone has a significant effect on proliferative IgA nephropathy. It can significantly reduce the levels of 24-hour urinary protein, serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen, without increasing adverse reactions.
