细菌溶解产物胶囊联合常规药物治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作的临床效果

Clinical effect of bacterial lysate capsule combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma in children

目的探讨细菌溶解产物胶囊联合常规药物治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月我院收治的90例支气管哮喘急性发作患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组予以常规药物治疗,研究组给予细菌溶解产物胶囊联合常规药物治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效及治疗前、后外周血辅助性T淋巴细胞水平。结果研究组哮喘控制总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Th1、Th1/Th2水平均升高,Th2水平降低,且研究组Th1、Th2、Th1/Th2水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细菌溶解产物胶囊联合常规药物治疗小儿急性支气管哮喘能够促进Th1/Th2平衡,增强机体免疫水平,减轻呼吸道炎症,有效缓解患儿症状。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of bacterial lysate capsule combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma in children. Methods Ninety children with acute attack of bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs, while the study group was treated with bacterial lysate capsule combined with conventional drugs. The clinical efficacy and levels of T-helperlymphocytes in the peripheral blood before and after treatment of children in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of asthma control in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of Th1 and Th1/Th2 increased, while Th2 levels decreased in the both groups, the levels of Th1, Th2 and Th1/Th2 in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Bacterial lysate capsule combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma in children can promote the balance of Th1/Th2, enhance the body’s immune levels, reduce airway inflammation and effectively alleviate the symptoms of children.
