医院弱视训练联合家庭训练在小儿弱视治疗中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨医院弱视训练联合家庭训练在小儿弱视治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2016年5月至2018年5月我院收治的98例弱视患儿作为研究对象,按入院时间将其均分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组采用常规遮盖治疗,观察组接受医院弱视训练联合家庭训练治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.96%,对照组的治疗总有效率为83.67%,观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的屈光度比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的屈光度均显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的屈光度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的角膜基质厚度比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的角膜基质厚度比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医院弱视训练联合家庭训练在小儿弱视治疗中的应用不会损伤患儿的角膜状况,能提高治疗效果,改善屈光度,应用价值较高。 Objective To explore the application effect of hospital amblyopia training combined with family training in the treatment of children amblyopia. Methods Ninety-eight amblyopic children admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to May2018 were selected as the study objects. The children were divided into control group and observation group according to admission time, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional occlusion therapy, while the observation group was treated with hospital amblyopia training combined with family training. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.96%, the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 83.67%;the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in diopter between the two groups(P >0.05);after treatment, the diopter of the two groups increased significantly, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the diopter in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in corneal matrix thickness between the two groups(P >0.05);after treatment, there was no significant difference in corneal matrix thickness between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Hospital amblyopia training combined with family training in the treatment of children amblyopia will not damage the cornea condition of children and can improve the treatment effect and diopter, which has higher application value.
