摘要
目的探讨半导体激光治疗复发性口腔溃疡的安全性及有效性。方法选择2018年9月至2018年12月在我院接受治疗的90例复发性口腔溃疡患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组行锡类散治疗,观察组在此基础上加用半导体激光治疗。比较两组治疗前、后的痛疼评分、治疗效果及复发率。结果治疗后,两组疼痛评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半导体激光治疗复发性口腔溃疡具有较高的安全性和有效性,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the safety and effectiveness of semiconductor laser in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods Ninety patients with recurrent oral ulcer treated in our hospital from September 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Xilei powder, while the observation group was treated with semiconductor laser on this basis. The pain scores before and after treatment, therapeutic effects and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the pain scores of the two groups reduced significantly,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Semiconductor laser in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer has high safety and effectiveness, which is worthy of promotion and application.
