急性心肌梗死与血清HIF-1α、Lp-PLA2水平的相关性研究

目的研究急性心肌梗死(AMI)与血清低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)水平的相关性。方法选择2016年1月至2017年1月在我院诊断为AMI的患者50例作为观察组,健康志愿者50例作为对照组,采用ELISA法检测血清HIF-1α和Lp-PLA2水平,探讨AMI与HIF-1α、Lp-PLA2水平的相关性。结果观察组血清HIF-1α和Lp-PLA2水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。复杂病变组血清HIF-1α和Lp-PLA2水平显著高于单一病变组(P<0.05)。单一病变组发生MACE共2例,少于复杂病变组的6例(χ^2=4.861,P=0.027)。MACE组血清HIF-1α和Lp-PLA2水平显著高于无MACE组(P<0.05)。结论血清HIF-1α和Lp-PLA2水平的升高与AMI的发生、发展及患者预后有密切的关系,早期检测血清HIF-1α和Lp-PLA2水平对评估AMI的严重程度及预后有重要的意义。

Objective To study the correlation between acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and serum levels of hypoxic inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) and lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2). Methods A total of 50 patients diagnosed with AMI in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as observation group, and 50 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. The levels of serum HIF-1α and Lp-PLA2 were detected by ELISA. The correlation between AMI and serum HIF-1α, Lp-PLA2 levels were investigated. Results The levels of serum HIF-1α and Lp-PLA2 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum HIF-1α and Lp-PLA2 in the complex lesion group were significantly higher than those in the single lesion group(P<0.05).There were 2 cases of MACE in the single lesion group, which was less than 6 cases of MACE in the complex lesion group(χ^2=4.861, P=0.027). The levels of serum HIF-1α and Lp-PLA2 in the MACE group were significantly higher than those in the non-MACE group(P<0.05). Conclusion The increase of serum HIF-1α and Lp-PLA2 levels are closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of AMI. Early detection of serum HIF-1α and Lp-PLA2 levels have great significance in assessing the severity and prognosis of AMI.
