黄芪建中汤辨证加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果及机制

Effect and mechanism of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的探讨黄芪建中汤辨证加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的效果及作用机制。方法将我院收治的110例CAG患者随机将其分为对照组(常规西药治疗)与观察组(常规西药治疗+黄芪建中汤辨证加减治疗),每组55例。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的症状积分及病理评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组MOT、PGⅠ、PGⅡ、G-17、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、EGF水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组SOD、TAC、MDA、MAO水平、QLICD-GM各项评分及总分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪建中汤能有效缓解CAG患者的临床症状及病理特征,提高胃肠功能和抗氧化能力,减轻炎症反应,改善生存质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG). Methods A total of 110 patients with CAG admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(conventional western medicine treatment) and observation group(conventional western medicine treatment +Huangqi Jianzhong decoction syndrome differentiation), with 55 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores and pathological scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of MOT, PG Ⅰ, PG Ⅱ,G-17, CRP, IL-6, TNF-α and EGF in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of SOD, TAC, MDA and MAO, QLICD-GM scores and total score in the observation group were better than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and pathological characteristics, improve gastrointestinal function and antioxidant capacity, reduce inflammation and ameliorate the quality of life of patients with CAG, which is worthy of clinical application.
