蛇床子汤外阴阴道冲洗辅助治疗湿热下注型霉菌性阴道炎的效果

Effect of vulva vaginal douche with Cnidium Seed decoction in the treatment of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome of mycoric vaginitis

目的探讨蛇床子汤外阴阴道冲洗辅助治疗湿热下注型霉菌性阴道炎的效果。方法选择本院2017年5月至2019年3月收诊的114例霉菌性阴道炎(湿热下注型)患者为研究对象,按分层随机法将其分为观察组(硝酸咪康唑栓+蛇床子汤外阴阴道冲洗)与对照组(硝酸咪康唑栓),每组57例。比较两组患者的治疗效果、阴道瘙痒症状缓解时间及3个月内复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组阴道瘙痒症状缓解时间短于对照组,3月内复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硝酸咪康唑栓联合蛇床子汤外阴阴道冲洗方法可有效减少霉菌性阴道炎(湿热下注型)患者的复发率,缓解患者的阴道瘙痒症状,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of vulva vaginal douche with Cnidium Seed decoction in the treatment of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome of mycoric vaginitis. Methods A total of 114 patients with mycoric vaginitis(damp-heat pouring downward syndrome) admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into observation group(miconazole nitrate suppositories+vulva vaginal douche with Cnidium Seed decoction) and control group(miconazole nitrate suppositories) by stratified random method, with57 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects, the relief time of vaginal pruritus symptoms and the recurrence rate within3 months were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The relief time of vaginal pruritus symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the recurrence rate within 3 months was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The miconazole nitrate suppositories combined with vulva vaginal douche with Cnidium Seed decoction can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of patients with mycoric vaginitis(damp-heat pouring downward syndrome) and relieve the symptoms of vaginal pruritus, which is worthy of popularization.
