摘要
目的探讨实施医护一体化护理模式对哮喘患儿的干预效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月我科收治的120例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(60例,常规治疗和护理)和观察组(60例,常规治疗+医护一体化护理)。比较两组患儿的药物治疗依从性、哮喘症状控制水平分级及急性发作严重程度。结果干预后,观察组按时用药、药物剂量、用药方法及吸入器正确使用情况均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组哮喘症状控制水平分级情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组哮喘急性发作严重度分级情况明显轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理模式对哮喘患儿的临床效果显著,可显著提高患儿药物依从性和哮喘症状控制水平,减轻哮喘急性发作严重程度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of all-in-one nursing intervention mode on children with asthma.Methods A total of 120 patients children with asthma admitted in our department from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(60 cases, routine treatment and nursing) and observation group(60 cases, routine treatment and all-in-one nursing intervention) according to random number table method. The drug compliance, asthma symptom control level and severity of acute attack were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the timely medication, dosage, method of medication and proper use of inhalers in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). After intervention, the grading of asthma symptom control level in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the severity grading of acute asthma attack in the observation group was significantly lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion All-in-one nursing intervention mode on children with asthma has a significant clinical effect, it can significantly improve children’s drug compliance and asthma symptom control level, and reduce the severity of acute asthma attack, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
