加速康复外科护理对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effect of fast track surgery nursing on recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer

目的探讨加速康复外科护理对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2013年9月至2018年10月入住我院的186例行腹腔镜胃癌根治术的患者作为研究对象,按照患者的住院时间将其分为对照组与干预组,将2016年4月至2018年10月住院的93例患者作为干预组,将2013年9月至2016年3月住院的93例患者作为对照组。干预组给予加速康复外科护理,对照组给予常规护理。比较两组腹腔镜胃癌根治患者术后下床活动时间、肛门通气时间、首次排便时间、恢复正常饮食时间及住院时间。结果干预组患者的下床活动时间、肛门通气时间、首次排便时间、恢复正常饮食时间及住院时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科护理对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后胃肠道功能恢复的影响效果显著,可以促进患者术后康复,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of fast track surgerynursing on recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy undergoing gastric cancer. Methods Using convenient sampling method, a total of 186 patients admitted in our hospital undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer from September 2013 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and intervention group according to the hospitalization time. A total of 93 patients admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to October 2018 were selected as intervention group. A total of 93 patients admitted in our hospital from September 2013 to March 2016 were selected as control group. The intervention group was given fast track surgery nursing, while the control group was given routine nursing. The active time of getting out of bed, the time of anal exhaust, the time of first defecation,the time of resuming normal diet and time of hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results The active time of getting out of bed, the time of anal exhaust, the time of first defecation, the time of resuming normal diet and the time of hospitalization in the intervention group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Fast track surgery nursing has a significant effect on gastrointestinal function recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, it can promote postoperative recovery of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
