目标策略的针对性护理干预对踝关节骨折患者术后疼痛程度及生活质量的影响

Effect of targeted nursing intervention with target strategies on postoperative pain degree and quality of life in patients with ankle fracture

目的探讨目标策略的针对性护理干预对踝关节骨折患者术后疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。方法将我院2017年7月至2018年6月收治的92例踝关节骨折患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各46例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施目标策略的针对性护理干预。比较两组踝关节功能恢复情况、疼痛程度及生活质量评分。结果护理6个月后,观察组的踝关节功能优良率为89.13%,高于对照组的71.74%(P<0.05)。护理6个月后,两组患者的VAS评分均降低,SF-36评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予踝关节骨折患者目标策略的针对性护理干预,可减轻患者疼痛,促进患者踝关节功能恢复,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention with target strategies on postoperative pain degree and quality of life in patients with ankle fracture. Methods From July 2017 to June 2018, 92 patients with ankle fracture enrolled in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention with target strategies on the basis of the control group. The ankle function recovery, pain degree and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months of nursing, the excellent and good rate of ankle function in the observation group was 89.13%, which was higher than 71.14% in the control group(P<0.05). After 6 months of nursing,the VAS scores of both groups decreased and SF-36 scores increased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention with target strategies applied to ankle fracture patients can alleviate pain, promote the recovery of ankle function and improve patients’ quality of life.
