母婴床旁联合移动学习护理模式在初产妇产后护理中的应用效果

目的研究母婴床旁联合移动学习护理模式在初产妇产后护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的96例初产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各48例。对照组采用常规护理模式,研究组采用母婴床旁联合移动学习护理模式。比较两组产妇护理后胃肠功能恢复时间、产后下床活动时间、初次泌乳时间、纯母乳喂养率、泌乳频率、新生儿护理技能掌握度评分及满意度。结果护理后,研究组胃肠功能恢复时间、产后下床活动时间及初次泌乳时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组纯母乳喂养率和泌乳频率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的保暖方式、脐部护理、臀部护理、抚触、沐浴及母乳喂养评分均显著高于对照组,满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论母婴床旁联合移动学习护理模式在初产妇产后护理中的应用效果显著,可有效促进产妇产后胃肠功能恢复与泌乳,缩短下床活动时间,还可提升产妇的新生儿护理技能与满意度,值得推广和应用。

Objective To study the application effect of maternal and infant bedside combined with mobile learning nursing mode in postpartum nursing of primipara. Methods A total of 96 primiparas admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group according to random number table, with 48 cases in each group. The routine nursing mode was used in the control group, and the maternal and infant bedside combined with mobile learning nursing mode were used in the study group. After nursing, the recovery time of gastrointestinal function, the postpartum activity time out of bed, first lactation time, exclusive breast feeding rate, lactation frequency, the score of neonatal nursing skill mastery and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the recovery time of gastrointestinal function, postpartum activity time out of bed and first lactation time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the exclusive breastfeeding rate and lactation frequency in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of keeping warm way, umbilical cord nursing, hip nursing, touching, bathing and breastfeeding in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Maternal and infant bedside combined with mobile learning nursing mode in postpartum nursing of primipara has a significant application effect, it can effectively promote the recovery of postpartum gastrointestinal function and lactation, shorten the activity time of getting out of bed, and improve the newborn nursing skills and satisfaction of primipara.It is worth promotion and applying.
