基于保护动机理论的护理模式在人工股骨头置换术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing mode based on protection motivation theory in patients with artificial arthroplasty of femoral head

目的探究基于保护动机理论的护理模式在人工股骨头置换术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年10月至2018年10月我院收治的100例行人工股骨头置换术的患者为研究对象,依据入院时间顺序将其分为试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组予以常规护理模式,试验组予以基于保护动机理论的护理模式。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组Harris、BI评分均升高,且试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的18.00%(P<0.05);试验组的护理满意度为98.00%,明显高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。结论基于保护动机理论的护理模式应用于人工股骨头置换术后患者中,能够促进其髋关节功能恢复,减少并发症的发生,提高日常生活能力和护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing mode based on protection motivation theory in patients with artificial arthroplasty of femoral head. Methods One hundred patients who underwent artificial arthroplasty of femoral head admitted in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2018 were selected as the study objects and divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of admission, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing mode, and the experimental group was gave nursing mode based on protection motivation theory.The intervention effects between the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of Harris and BI in the two groups increased, and those in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4.00%, which was significantly lower than 18.00% of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 98.00%, which was significantly higher than 82.00% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing mode based on protection motivation theory applied in the patients with artificial arthroplasty of femoral head can promote the recovery of hip joint function, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the daily living ability and nursing satisfaction.
