摘要
指出我国物流企业人才流失形势严峻,人员流失率一直居高不下,现已成为制约行业发展的关键因素之一。进而分析了物流行业人员流失率高的原因,最后提出应对策略,以期为企业应对人员流失问题提供参考。
In this paper, it is pointed out that the brain drain situation of the logistics enterprises in China is severe, and the constantly high talent turnover rate has become one of the key factors restricting the development of the industry. Then the reasons for the high talent turnover rate of the logistics industry is analyzed, based on which the corresponding countermeasures are proposed in order to provide reference for the Chinese logistics enterprises.
