Research on Network Planning Model of Cold Chain Logistics Regional Warehouses

冷链物流是保持食品远距离运输新鲜度的重要环节,为了保证配送及时的情况下使总成本最低,进行合理的冷链仓库网络规划尤为重要。以总成本最小化为目标,综合考虑运输成本、库存成本、固定成本、货损成本,把配送时效性作为约束,利用改进的P中值法进行建模,最后使用启发式贪婪算法进行优化求解,通过算例证明了冷链物流仓库网络规划模型和方法的有效和可行性。

With the goal of minimizing the total cost of the cold chain logistics process while ensuring timely delivery, and by comprehensively considering the cost of transportation, cost of inventory, fixed cost and cargo damage cost, we used the improved P-medium method to model the warehouse network for a cold chain logistics system with the distribution timeliness as the constraint, and applied the heuristic greedy algorithm to optimizing and solving it. At the end, the effectiveness and feasibility of the cold chain logistics warehouse network planning model and method were illustrated through a numerical example.
