基于系统动力学的制造企业备件库存系统研究

Research on Spare Parts Inventory System of Manufacturing Enterprise Based on System Dynamics

在对制造企业备件库存系统进行分析的基础上,利用系统动力学构建了随机检修和计划检修两种模式的系统动力学流图和方程体系,并对故障间隔时间、库存调节时间和检修周期变化下的备件库存系统进行仿真,研究对系统平均库存量、周转率、缺货次数的影响。最后得出慢速流动备件导致系统较低的周转率,延长库存调节时间能够减少库存但缺货次数增加,检修周期延长可以减少备件消耗,但库存增加,需要临时采购等结论。

Based on the analysis of the spare parts inventory system of a manufacturing enterprise, the paper constructed the system dynamics flow diagram and equation system for the random and scheduled maintenance modes using system dynamics, simulated the spare parts inventory system with different fault interval time, inventory adjustment time, and variable maintenance cycle, as well as how the difference would impact the average inventory level, turnover rate and out- of- stock frequency of the system. Finally, it is concluded that slow-moving spare parts would lead to low turnover rate;extending the inventory adjustment time could reduce the inventory but increase the out-of-stock frequency;and extending the maintenance cycle could reduce the spare parts consumption but increase the inventory level and necessitate temporary purchases, etc.
