摘要
通过对人、机、料、法、环及安全等关键因素的分析,为食品实验室管理体系有效运行提出了可行的建议,以期为有效改进和完善管理体系,提升检验能力和检验效率,更好地服务于政府和社会食品安全工作提供参考。
Through the analysis of key factors such as human,machine,material,method,environment and safety,this paper puts forward feasible Suggestions for the effective operation of the food laboratory management system,with a view to providing references for the effective improvement of the management system,the improvement of inspection ability and efficiency,and the better service to the government and social food safety work.
