摘要 采用石墨炉原子吸收法,参照国家标准GB 5009.15-2014《食品中镉的测定》,分别采用2台不同型号的原子吸收分光光谱仪检测金银花中镉的含量,并建立不确定度评定数学模式,系统分析和量化影响不确定度的各因素。当k=2(置信概率95%)时,金银花样品中镉的扩展不确定度分别为U(ωcd-ZEEnit700P)=0.011 mg/kg和U(ωcd-AAnalyst400)=0.011 mg/kg。该评定方法合理反映了镉测定值的置信度,为有效地提高检测的准确度提供可靠的理论依据。 Using graphite furnace atomic absorption method,referring to the national standard GB 5009.15-2014,the content of cadmium in honeysuckle was detected by two atomic absorption spectrometers of different models,the mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation was established,and the factors affecting the uncertainty were systematically analyzed and quantified.When k=2(95%confidence probability),the extended uncertainty of cadmium in honeysuckle samples is respectively U(ωcd-ZEEnit700 P)=0.011 mg/kg and U(ωcd-AAnalyst400)=0.011 mg/kg.The evaluation method reasonably reflects the confidence of the determination value of cadmium and provides a reliable theoretical basis for effectively improving the detection accuracy.
