摘要
环氧虫啶是华东理工大学创制的顺硝烯氧桥杂环新烟碱类杀虫剂,属于乙酰胆碱受体拮抗剂,其化学结构新颖,作用位点与现有杀虫剂不同,杀虫谱广且对蜜蜂低毒,可用于害虫抗性管理和有害生物综合治理。综述了环氧虫啶的结构与性质、毒理学、代谢与残留、作用方式与活性、原药生产供应和制剂开发应用等方面的研究进展。
The new nicotinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist, cycloxapyrid, is a cis-nitromethylene oxa-bridged heterocyclic neonicotinoid insecticide invented by East China University of Science and Technology. It has novel chemical structure, different binding site, wide insecticidal spectrum and low toxicity to bees, and hereby is applicable for insect resistance control and integrated pest management. Cycloxapyrid and its development was briefly reviewed in terms of structure and property, toxicology, metabolism and residue, mode of action and insecticidal activity, technical production and supply, formulation development and application in this article.
