摘要
《矿业权人勘查开采信息公示办法(试行)》实施近三年来,有力推动了矿业权人诚信体系建设,提高了矿产资源勘查开发监督管理效能,但在实际工作中也存在一些问题。本文通过对近三年来工作的梳理,提出了解决问题的方法。
In the past three years,the implementation of Mining rights holders’Exploration and Mining Public Information Regulation(For Trial Implementation)has effectively promoted the construction of the integrity system of mining rights holders.It improves the government's supervision and management effectiveness of mineral resources exploration and development.However,there are also some problems in practical work.In this paper,the author puts forward some methods to solve the problem by combing the work in the past three years.
