摘要
四交群体(Four-way cross population)是一种有效的QTL(Quantitative trait loci)检测群体.对四交群体下的玉米株型、耐密性、开花相关等性状以及棉花的株型、生理、产量、纤维品质等性状的QTL定位研究进展进行了综述,对玉米、棉花遗传育种具有重要意义.
The four-way cross population is an effective QTL (Quantitative trait loci) detection population. The research progress on QTL mapping base on four-way cross population in maize and cotton was reviewed. It was mainly about the traits such as plant type, density tolerance and flowering on maize and the traits such as plant type, physiology, yield and fiber quality on cotton. It is of great significance for the genetic breeding of corn and cotton.
