摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了具有优良吸附性能的TiN-TiC复合材料。采用X射线衍射仪,热重分析仪,扫描电子显微镜,N2吸附-脱附仪和元素分析仪对该复合材料进行表征。结果发现,TiN-TiC复合材料具有介孔结构,比表面积为144.9m2·g^-1,平均孔径为7.44nm。基于以上特性,研究了TiN-TiC复合材料对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附能力。结果表明,在吸附温度为30℃、吸附时间为240min、初始Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度为100mg·L^-1、吸附剂投加量0.34g·L^-1的条件下,TiN-TiC复合材料对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附量为284.45mg·g^-1。研究了相应的准一级、准二级动力学方程,结果表明,此复合材料对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附动力学数据与准二级动力学方程有更好的相关性。 TiN-TiC composite with excellent adsorption was prepared by sol-gel method.X-ray diffractometer,thermos gravimetric,scanning electron microscope,nitrogen absorption-desorption and elemental analyzer were employed to characterize the composite.It is found that TiN-TiC composite possesses mesostructure with a high specific surface area of 144.9 m2·g^-1 and an average pore size of 7.44 nm.Due to the characteristics,the adsorption capacity of TiN-TiC composite for Cr(Ⅵ) in waste water was studied.The results show that the adsorption capacity of TiN-TiC composites for Cr(Ⅵ) was 284.45 mg·g^-1 under the conditions of adsorption temperature of 30 ℃,adsorption time of 240 min, initial Cr(Ⅵ) concentration of 100 mg·L^-1 and adsorbent dosage 0.34 g·L^-1.The quasi first-order and quasi second-order kinetic equations were investigated.The results indicate that the adsorption kinetics data of the composite for Cr (Ⅵ) are better correlated with the quasi-second-order kinetics equation.
